Glad to have located these on Amazon as I was unable to locate locally! Absolute favorite prunersThese Black and Decker Pruners are perfect for small hands. They are extremely sharp making them even easier to use. The best I have found so far for keeping plants pruned and the lawn looking beautiful!These garden scissors are very sturdy and not what I bought them for, but cuts through landscape fabric with ease. Very good for trimming grass where my edger doesn’t go. I recommend them.Could not possibly be better. I bought these to trim fibrous paper-like banana leaves and stalks, for which my other tools weren't working well. The serrated leaves are perfect, and make a quick clean cut.But the best part is they're small - really small! I can only fit three fingers into the handle, and even then it's snug. I'm an average sized guy with average size hands, these are made for smaller hands. Why is that the best part? Because now it's my wife's job to trim the bananas! Any help I can get in the yard, I'll take it.Seriously, small hands, great shears. Larger hands, look elsewhere.These shears do the job on any light gardening. They cut cleanly and neatly and are easy to use. They are sharp, so watch your fingers! If you're looking to cut rose bushes get something heavier duty. They do cut cleanly on any rose stems for floral arranging as long as the stem is not too thick. They do a great job of trimming small hedges for a uniform look. They also work well for any finishing touches you might need for topiary or more sculptured looking plants. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. You will need other hand tools for the garden besides these shears, but these shears are a must in your garden shed.Incredibly sturdy scissors I bought for outdoor use to avoid dulling my "good" indoor scissors, only to find out these are my new Good Scissors. Thick, very sharp blades; secure and sturdy handle; and easy to clean. End of blade not pointed, so not good for puncturing, and blades themselves somewhat stubby, but other positives outweigh those shortcomings.I'm buying another pair for indoors!Excellent, well made garden shears. These are my new go to for my gardening needs. Will not try any other brands. Bought these because my Fiskars (ones that do not detach) broke and they unfortunately no longer make them. They only make the ones that are designed to come apart, which are not for me.Need alot of lubricating prior to first use. We used sewing machine oil. Hubby says they trim small twigs in the yard well.
