There was a problem with the shipper/seller NRSWorld. The hat itself was of the usual, high quality expected of a 6x fur felt Stetson. However the Stetson box (within the intact shipment package) it arrived in had been opened. The hat was somewhat dusty. The hat band had been tampered with. The feather had been removed. The liner was detached.After cleaning and repair, the hat is still high Q. I've replaced the hat band.I recommend that Amazon drop this reseller and deal with someone more reliable.
